2. How long is the event on for?

The North Pole Dublin will run from December 1st – January 2nd.

4. How much are tickets?
Tickets will cost 20 euro per ticket. Keep an eye on our socials for discount codes and giveaways!
5. How much will drink cost?
There will be a variety of drinks on offer at the event including Beer, (Mulled) Wine, Vodka, Cocktails and Minerals. Drink prices will range between 3-10 euro.
6. How long can you stay at the event?

If you have a ticket you can stay at the event for as long as you want (within our opening hours of course) and can also leave whenever you want.
7. Can you bring backpacks/bags with you?
Handbags and small bags will be permitted; however they will be searched upon entry.
8. Can you bring your own drink in?
No, the only drink permitted at The North Pole Dublin is the drinks sold on site. Any other drinks will be confiscated.
9. Do you take walk-ins?

You must have a ticket to attend the event. Spare tickets will be held at the door for purchase if there is availability. However, we’re expecting the event to sell out so get your tickets now to avoid disappointment.
10. Is there food served at the event?
There will be a variety of food to choose from at The North Pole Dublin, if you’re coming from work and need to grab a quick bite not to worry, we’ve got you covered.
11. What are the age restrictions of the event?
The event is strictly 21+ and photo ID will be required. Anyone under this age requirement will not be allowed access to the event. Do not purchase a ticket if you are under 21 as you will not gain access or be refunded.
12. Is smoking permitted?
Smoking inside of the bars isn’t permitted. However, there will be designated smoking areas for those that need it.
13. How do you get to The North Pole Dublin?
The North Pole Dublin is easily accessible at George’s Dock. Google maps can provide you with exact directions from your location and we have attached a map below.

14. What is the best day to go to The North Pole?
​​
The North Pole Dublin is a great experience every day of the week, it depends what you’re looking for. The weekends tend to be busier, or if you want a slightly quieter experience attending on a weeknight will be more for you.
15. Is there parking available?
There are no parking facilities, but the event will be held in a central location with lots of public transport easily accessible. Drink responsibly and never drink and drive.

17. How do I find something I’ve lost at The North Pole Dublin?
If you have lost something at The North Pole Dublin do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help. However, we would recommend leaving your valuables at home or availing of our cloakroom services.
18. How do I get my ticket?
You can purchase tickets from our ‘Book Online’ webpage. When purchasing your ticket, you will have the option to receive either an e-ticket or a hardcopy. This will be the only way of permitted entry.
19. What methods of payments will be accepted at the event?
We will be accepting both cash and card at the event. There will also be ATM’s and cash-back available on site.
20. Do I have to visit all 12 bars?
No, it is completely up to you where you spend your time. You can stay in one bar for the night or move around, The North Pole Dublin is designed to cater to a variety of people with diverse needs and each-individual can tailor their experience based on their interests and what they enjoy.
